Our full set of policies are available upon request. Below is an outline of our approach.

Health and Safety

Site Inspection by Masterson Holdings Health and Safety Advisor
Atlantic and Masterson Holdings has always been associated with safe working practices and procedures. The Board of Directors within Masterson Holdings, believe that Health and Safety should serve as equal importance to all aspects of its business.

Environment and Sustainability

Atlantic are committed to the wellbeing of our planet and the reduction in harmful processes or materials that have a negative impact upon us. We believe behaving responsibly and managing social and environmental issues are core to our ability to deliver long-term value. We manage resources in a way which has a positive influence on the natural environment and the communities in which we operate.

Practical examples of this are our Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) accreditation; significant and continued investment to remain at the forefront of health and safety performance; and rigorous programme of health surveillance for the benefit of our staff.

Social Responsibility

Atlantic Contracts strives to make a positive impact on the communities in which we work and we firmly believe that we help the communities in which we operate to thrive in the long-term.

Some of the practical ways that we help make a positive impact are through our apprenticeship scheme and policy of using local labour and suppliers whenever possible.

Quality

Atlantic prides itself with being associated with the delivery of a quality product. For many years we have been accredited by the British Standards Institute and are endorsed to the BS EN ISO
9001 quality standards.

With a body of site based internal Auditors, and an informed and trained workforce, we can deliver and maintain the high standards required by our clients by having an integrated and robust quality management process.

Our systems are continually Audited through an internal audit programme and 3rd party accreditation process by bodies such as BSI.

Anti-Slavery

We are committed to ensuring there is transparency in our business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chain. We expect the same high standards from all our suppliers and other business partners.
